I've had an old PIII 450 for a few years now and it came with a Diamond Voice 56VP Modem (Mitsubishi). My problem is that every 8-10 minutes, it stalls! These stalls usually last about a minute and will settle down and go back to normal. After another 8-10 minutes, it does it again! An even stranger thing is that it only does this on HTTP sites, and will not effect downloading. Downloading just keeps steadily downloading.
I have tried the latest drivers I can find, but to no avail. I have even changed to a new phone line and internet account with no change.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
I'm just have no idea what else it could be.
