I've had issues with Impulse. I got the bioshock deal there and the order went through, but it took 3 days for them to send me an email stating that I had it. I kept checking the page and it said I didn't have any games. Then when I finally got it to show up, it wants to d/l it to my C drive(which doesn't have space) so I get an error. I even changed the path, but it still tries to d/l it to C. Until I can get this fixed I'm not purchasing anything else from them.

You changed the path by clicking the gear icon at the top right, then going to the tab "Downloads", then changing the Default Download Folder?
