How would this game play on my system?

1680 x 1050

No AA and no AF.

What kind of settings would I need for 50+fps?

Can I play with medium-high?
 
i think medium but not highest settings. This game isnt that great... get fallout 3 its way better and runs better
 

On the contrary Stalker Clear Sky is an awesome game and here are some performance figures. Note that they also released a DX10.1 patch which claims improved performance and image quality in DX10.1 mode so that is a must for your 4850.
 
It would play decently tigerstyle, I played at the same resolution, no aa, but with 4x af, af is pretty much free anyways ... You should be able to get away with medium settings, but enabling the god rays and all that fancy stuff will hurt performance, you will not be seeing a constant 50+ fps, but 30+ is just fine anyways ...

not on my system. Clear Sky runs a lot better with max settings than Fallout3 does, FPS wise at least. I think it looks better too.

I'd also have to disagree with F3 being a better game at this point, although I'm not very far into F3.
