Stain Remover?

I bought a used car, and theres a really nasty stain in the back seat. Is there any really good stain removers that you guys have used and would recommend. I have no clue what the stain could be possibly from. Blood? food? Its a family car, so it could be anything.

Bissel works great. Doesn't leave any spots whiter than the surroundings. Blends very well.
