Stackers - what's the difference?

OK, so I'm thinking of picking up a Coolermaster Stacker case. I'm thinking either the original (STC-T01) or the 810 model. On the outside they look identical, but the 810 costs more. Anyone know what the difference between these two cases is? I can't find any reviews on the 810, only the original and the 830.

The 810 has an extra 120mm fan at the top and supports the big quad socket SSI MEB boards, while the original supports a second power supply, the crossflow fan and the BTX (or inverted ATX) layout. I think they're the same otherwise. The original is probably better for most purposes and is also generally cheaper. Newegg's prices are a little inflated on both of them though, at least for the black ones.

The CM web site covers the details of the cases quite thoroughly. The 820 is the BTX version of the 810 instead of having a retrofit kit like the original. I still think the original is the more geek'O'licious... The Aerocool Masstige (Bay Dream)/Coolview are poor man's Stackers and the CV is a super deal now with the $30. rebate. And the comparo linked by another here is wrong - the original Stacker has 10 or 11 5" bays - three of them are taken up by a 4-in-3 drive cage (see my review here: http://www.techimo.com/reviews/ ) which holds up to 4 HDDs or you can use one of the HDD bays for an external 3.5" drive. The 810 has pretty much the same drive bay arrangement.

Speaking of Stackers: I just got the SVC periodic ad in my email and it has the original Stacker w/blue trim for under $105. after rebate.

IDK if that's a really good deal or not and you do have to deal with the rebate, but there you are.

The rebate is good on purchases at any store, so if you can find a better starting point than $125. you'll have a better deal than at SVC before shipping anyway. Also good deals at ZZF and the Egg has a $30. rebate on the Silver Stacker. Among those and the link below, you should be able to find an STC-T01 for you.
