Stack Overflows

My wife is getting a "Stack Overflow at line:78" while on her College website using I.E. 5.5 in WinMe. Does anyone know if the problem is WinMe. I.E. or the colleges program. Appreciate any help or direction as I know its going to be my fault regardless.

Either a problem with some code that the website is running, or try updating IE. Or... try deleting C:\windows, or it may be C:\diseased_os

THX Killbat. I think its the schools website. Other students have been complaining also. BTW, when you get a stack overflow, doesn't it lock up the system if its a prog or OS running locally?? Seems that was the case back in Win 3.1 days.
