Stack Overflow problem. MinSPs in System.INI?

I got a a blue screen when I booted up today. I got it when I entered the desktop, the message was basically I had a Stack Overflow problem and to remove recently removed VXDs or to increase the MinSPs in system.ini. Currently 5 are allotted. What value should I increase it to? I have 320MB of RAM in case you need that info. Thanks.
