Stablize my port

I have a Linksys router and I know how to forward ports. However, I realize that the router from time to time changes from .100 to .101 to .102. Is there a way I can stabilize the port so it just stays at one of them?

I'm not sure you've quite got the concept of ports down, but i think you want static IP addressing. Just assign yourself an IP through network connections --> local area connection properties --> TCP/IP properties.
