so i've been contemplating getting more memory for my system (currently using 2x256 mb ddr PNY (samsung chips) clocked @ pc2700 or 333 mhz). i already have 2 dimms in there to take "advantage" of the nforce2's dual channel memory. (there was a big debate about this when these mobos came out and whether there was a true difference...has this been resolved yet?). i was wondering if others with the 8rda+ have filled all 3 dimm banks and have had no issues with them? if i do decide to get more memory, it will most likely be a 512 stick (or should i get a 256 stick to prevent instabilities?)...should i try to get the same manufacture or just stick to better quality memory with the same pc2700 speed?

thanx

1. The improvement was marginal at best

2. I have done it and had no issues

3. get what ever size you want but don't cheap out on the ram. good ram pays for itself over time.
