Hi all,
Currently the NorthBridge fan on my MSI Neo4 Platinum is running at 7670-8000 rpm is that too fast? If so how can I lower it? What is a good speed for the fan?
Thank you for all of your replies

i find that with my dfi i can run it at 2000rpm and it really doen't make a difference. the case air flow is much more imortant. you can run like an instance of prime large with rthdribl and watch the temps. i usually set it around 5,000 rpm and then lower it until i see the temps rising. then leave it there for about another 30 mins and see if it rises or not.

since putting in my 7800gtx however i need to run it at 4000 rpm when under load. the card sits right on top of it.
