Stable 939 board for X2?

I'm building a new machine using an X2 4800+ (socket 939). I need a stable, reliable motherboard. It will be my work computer, no overclocking. I also need 2 gigs of ram; recommendations for that welcome as well. Suggestions for a rock-solid setup?

For cheap and stable look at Epox. The DFI Lanparty nForce4 Ultra-D is also around $100 at newegg currently.

I would pair the DFI motherboard with the following:

1) 2GB's of OCZ Gold: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227066 or Platinum: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227210
2) a Sparkle 550W PSU.
3) GPU of your choice and budget. If you only need onboard look at another mobo.

Here are some guides that may help with memory and psu's:http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthr...treet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24719, http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10854
