Stability testing a new system.

How do you guys test your overclocks to make sure you system is stable?
I have a 1.2ghz t bird @ 10x140 and everything seems OK, but I'm new to overclocking and want to make sure of the results.

I have run Prime95, Sandra burn in, rc5, and 3dMark2000 without problems. Is that good enough? My cpu temps are usually around 43-44c during a test or program like Prime95, which seems OK to me. Idle is 28 or 29c. Are there any other benchmarks that are a *must*?

Do you run the tests one at a time, or should the machine be capable of running multiple tests at once?

Also, can anyone point out to me what the safe limits are with the 1.2 t bird in respect to core voltage and I/O voltage?

I agree. BurnInTest is a great way to tell. I thought my box was happy for a while at a higher setting until I rip it thru BIT. Let BIT go for at least 6 hours (or more if you want to be more certain). Usually, problems comes up within the first 20 minutes anyways. The extra time is for comfort factor...
