What is the cpu/mobo for Stability? No OC no Raid.
First Pentium or AMD?
I have 512MB of PC133 lying around, and would like to use them.

I got to second boonesmi on that one..I got an A7V133 W/Duron 750(for now) up and running today...Can't kill this thing. Hope I have as good luck w/t-bird or Palomino @1+GHZ

Gigabyte has quite a good reputaton for stability, because they are big in the OEM business. if you are looking for a DDR board, the 7DX and the 7DXR are both very stable solution. A bit more expensinve than comparable boards.

For stability, how about a P3 on a Tyan, Supermicro or Intel board. Can't do many tweaks with these boards, but that's not what they are meant for.

MSI has a great reputation for stability. In fact, that's basically what their entire philosophy revolves around. It certainly isn't customer service

But seriously, this K7T Turbo-R hasn't crashed on me since I first turned it on three months ago...

Intel BOXD815EPEA2 Mobo
(815EP 133MHZ FSB UATA100 AGP(4X)/5xPCI/1xCNR/3xDIMM W/ AC97 AUDIO (RETAIL PAK)

PENTIUM III P3 1GHZ FCPGA 256KB L2 CACHE 133MHZ FSB 1GHZ EB

I already have the flowing:
512 PC 133 (128 Kingstone ValueRam , 128 Zeos Generic, 256 PNY CL3 All were running CL2 turbo on my old KA7-100)
Voodo3000 AGP 2x
Maxtor MaxPlus 45GB ATA100
Iomega 12x10x32 (Plextor) CDRW
Creative PCI 16 Sound
Antec SX830 case


Any comments are more than welcome and appreciated
Any known compatibility problems?
Should I wait for different products or go ahead?

Look hard again at the ASUS CUSL2-C or the CUSL2 if you want onboard video, audio. Very stable board. The CUSL2-C saves you a little cash by dumping the onboard audio/video.

yeah, Exactly, the Msi K7T266pror is very stable from what the reviews have said Lately, Hothardware.com said so along with Dw3d.com, I'm Ordering this Monday, hope for it to great, also hope Mwave.com sends me the right motherboard, not the one with the Wrong resistor placement. Msi is good choice for stability like kylef said.
