I have a celeron 566 overclocked to 850. While booting win98 it sometimes freezes at the win98 startup page(win98 logo), other times it doesn't. Is this a stability issue? Currently set at 1.70v, and runs on avg 47 celsius. I have an Antec heatsink/fan.
