Stability Problems

Hey guys,

I recently built a new system, a Shuttle ST61G4, with a 3GHz P4, 9800 Pro, 512MB Crucial, and a 40GB ATA/133 HDD. The system runs awesome, but I am having some stability problems. The strange thing is that I can run games for hours, and it only locks up in Windows, if I open a new window, press hte back button on my browser, etc. completely random. Temperatures seem OK as well. Is this a Windows problem or a cooling problem?

My guess is that I could possibly be a ram issue. I had a Dell laptop which would crash while web browsing, but could handle stress tests just fine. The end result was that there were was a corrupted memory bank, or something like that. Also, if you're having stability issues, remove as many parts as you can (I know it's hard for a SFF) to try to isolate the problem.
