OK, this is exactly what it says

or
"The instruction at "0x0325adc0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
Is that a video card issue or something else.
 
When and in what game are you getting this in?

Sometimes it can be video related but it can also be a problem (and possibly more likely) with CPU or RAM or both.
