Anyone know how to buy one of these? I know that a certian height needs a certain one, but are all these balls made equal?

i think sometimes the balls are lopsided

 
Are these those hoppity hop things? They're a lot of fun and good exercise. Never heard anyone call 'em stability balls! Almost sounds nautical like flopper stopper.

i know how to pick the size, i just want to know i there is really any difference in quality. For exmaple, one place says that it is the type used in the gym while another says it is commercial grade. Does it really mean anything?

Yep. Get one according to your height. I found one at Sports Authority for like $20. Killer ab/core workout.

Oh, misunderstood your question. I don't know for sure, but maybe the commercial grade is more durable, because more pple use it as opposed to just the owner? Thats my best guess.
