I would say DS9 was my least favorite of the series... I was rather tedious, and not much happened on it. It started off good, and then got crappy, then good at the end again...

I liked the last few seasons a great deal so I don't rank it as my least favorite, that title goes to TOS.

I really like the Star Trek movies with the original cast but the show just does nothing for me.

Ah, if you can get your hands on the DVD series, and watch them in order, you'll be hooked....

Also, for a good site that has reviews and numerical rankings of ST episodes (DS9 and all others) check out this site:

Netflix. No station logos, no commercials, no bottom-of-screen ads for the next program, no talking over the squashed-up credits.

I hope it's being shown in sequence as first-time viewers will be completely lost watching DS9 if it's not this way. Then again, the first two seasons will be a complete snore.

Right now, they have like 20 episodes of TNG in rotation... showing them over and over again.

I believe this was the plan from the beginning. TNG -> DS9 -> Voyager

I was wondering when they would switch them over. I think for a while SpikeTV (or the new TNN as it was called) showed all the TNG episodes in order, so hopefully they will do the same with DS9.

If not, I sure as hell won't be watching. DS9 and Enterprise are the only ST series that I've only seen a few episodes of. Didn't really like what I saw of DS9, but I'm willing to give it another try (if they show them in order).

Nice. I missed a lot of DS9 (especially the last couple seasons), and I haven't been able to get the reruns either (stupid cable company :| )
