I downloaded the new version and for the life of me I can't figure how the install works. Anybody know? I can't find the installer file
 
The only downloads I see available on the sourceforge page are for the source code. Did you go to 3sp.com or whatever to download a binary distribution?
 
It looks like the only files available for free are source files. The binaries the README mentions is for an "enterprise edition," which I guess is something similar to their "Xtra" edition. And that requires money. If you paid the money, call the support line. 😉 Otherwise, compile away...
