SSH tunnels and RDP

So I want to RDP to my home box, but I can't because only HTTP and ssh can leave my work network. So this is what I want to do. ssh to a Mac at a university that I have access to then rdesktop from that my home box. So how do I do that and export the home display to the work box. Like command for command here, anyone?

Is this a server? If so you can install the Web Remote Destop software on the server. You access it through IE and functions just like RDP.

Look for Remote Desktop Web on MS site.
