SSDs in 2014 Mac mini

I intend sometime next year to get a new Mac mini to replace my current 2011 one. I am wondering what SSDs does Apple use in the new Mac mini. I know they are PCIe SSDs but who makes them and what are the speeds?
 
The only option you will have for replacing the PCI-E ssd in the mini is to buy one from Other World Computing (I think Transcend makes one too, come to think of it), or a used one off eBay (or the like). They have a proprietary interface that apple created, though they are the same pin configuration as the iMac, and from what I've read, the macbook pros. So there is some overlap with application.

Personally, it seems the best model mini to get is the fusion drive model, that way you have a SATA slot and a PCI-E slot for hard disks that you can upgrade later on down the line when you're ready to.

Based on the Anandtech reviews for the Mac Pro and MacBook Air, it looks like they are using Samsung SSDs. In the past they have used Samsung and Toshiba.

My mistake. I meant that I would replace my 2011 mini with a 2014 model with an SSD.
