Hi, I have a M4 64gb boot drive. I take an image of it weekly. Today I decided to have a clean up and deleted a load of backups before I took another image. I went to take the image and after a few minutes it just hanged and I had to force a reboot. At first the drive wasn't detected by the bios, but after restarting again it booted into windows. I then ran the Windows error-checking tool. While that was running it stopped at 16% phase 4, I think. Then after a moment it rebooted and again not detected until a forced restart.
I use Acronis true image and if only I could take another image I could then put that on a new drive.
Any advice or tools to maintain the drive and get it going? The drive seems to be performing fine in windows at the moment?
Many thanks.
