This must be over the whole life of the drive, no way have I powered the SSD 198 times since I upgraded to 1.33.

For F1 and F2, does that mean I've written 1.7TB and read 2.4TB?
 
it is. Only way to reset the smart data would be with a destructive firmware flash which is only done by the mfgr for any Sandforce controlled drive due to the fact that it must be opened up.

PS you can make that program show hex numbers if you go into the Function>??>??.?? menu. Sorry.. don't have it installed right now to know the path, but it's in there somewhere.

Cant wait to see it fail!
40GB*5K PE = 200TB, i am almost at triple that! Not bad for a cheap small drive. Not my fav though...
