SSD Upgrade in the $150 range?

Hey, I'm looking for a solid SSD OS/app/everquest2 drive in the $150 range.

What I'm currently mulling over:

$135 after mir: Patriot Warp 64GB
http://www.frys.com/product/5710922?...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG

$125: Intel X25-V
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...Tpk=ssd%2040gb

$225: Intel X25-M
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-023-_-Product

What do you think? I'm not sure what to make of the Patriot drive, and whether its performance is better, worse, or inbetween the X25-V and X25-M. Should I bite the proverbial bullet on the X25-M?

If you can wait, look for a sale on a indilinx based drive, they seem to go for about $150 or so every now and then for a 60GB.

I think the Patriot Warp is a Jmicron-based SSD. Avoid any Jmicron-based SSDs.

+1 to waiting for a sale on a Indilinx-based SSD. Newegg had the OCZ Agility 60GB SSD for about $140 AR a couple times before. Just keep an eye out.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'm not in a hurry, so I guess I'll wait until I see a good deal for an Indilinx based SSD.

Just by brand/model. For example, OCZ Agility and Vertex are Indilinx.

@OP: Intel is also a very good choice if the time comes when you can no longer wait and there's no cheap Indilinx in sight. There's also SandForce, who knows, Agility II might be cheap, or that's just some wishful thinking of mine.
