SSD to USB adapter

Hey everyone, I've been trying to find a USB adapter that I can use to recover some data from this Samsung SSD drive (link below). It's from a Lenovo Lavie Z. I've tried searching the model number in various places, but I can only ever find links to people selling the drive. Any ideas? Thanks!!

I would go to Newegg and purchase what is called a discombobulator information retriever......they work very well!!
