I have to say I am pretty damn happy with my current SSD setup...

2 x Intel X25-V 40GB in Raid 0, 128k Stripe Size, and 60GB of of allocated space (My OS drive)

2 x Intel X25-M G2 160GB in Raid 0, 128k Stripe Size, and 250 GB of of allocated space (My Games drive)

It made a fairly large difference going from a small stripe size, 4k, to 128k and doing a secure erase beforehand (I plan on adding this to my monthly routine since windows image makes the process a breeze)

X25 V series have 5 parallel NAND channels.

X25 M G2 series have 10 parallel NAND channels.

I'm guessing the size of the drives and the type of drives.

OS Array are 2 Intel X25-V 40GB drives, while the Games Array are 2 Intel X25-M G2 160GB drives
As I'm sure I've said before, I don't really think that $3/GB is best used on 10-20GB programs that don't even benefit that much from the extra speed on an SSD. Your game costs about the same as the space you use to store it? For maybe a 4-5s decrease in loading times? Not too great, IMO.
