SSD RAID for SQL

So I'm looking to order three or four SSDs as a trial for a new SQL box. I'm pretty sure I can get $1500 approved and I'm leaning towards an Areca ARC-1110 controller and four OCZ Core V2 60GB drives. RAID 5 with a hot spare.

There doesn't seem to be a single review out for the new versions of the OCZ drives let alone a RAID test. NewEgg has them stocked for $240 after MIR and have for some time.

Anyone know of a review for a similair setup? Any inherent problems with the hardware I'm thinking of?

The box will likely be in a test environment for a month or better but I still would rather not dump that much money into something unstable/unreliable.
