SSD question (Not a which one question)

Hey does how much you have on a ssd drive effect performance? Right now my c drive has 80 gigs on it. If i got a 120 to 160 gig ssd would my performance be effect because i would pretty much fill it? Also for those with a large music collection(I tunes/Zune) o you keep your music on your ssd drive or do you keep it stored on a large drive?

At this time, the Sandforce controller is the only one to incorperate compression. You can find a discussion about how this might effect the drives here.
 
for music especially there is no need to use SSD storage when a large HDD will do just fine. How big is your music collection anyway? You can get 500gb portable usb-powered drives for less than $50 these days.

I'm not too sure on your first question but i'm pretty sure the more free space you have the better because it gives the controller a chance to do garbage collection (I think).
