SSD - pc always on

I very rarely turn my pc off. Will this hurt a(an?) SSD? I have a WD 500gb green HDD that has been pretty much been running continuously since late 2009 without any issues. I am not a hard core power user type.

I leave mine on all the time. The small read/writes Windows performs are nothing in the grand scheme of things. By the time your SSD drive starts to wear out, you'll more than likely have upgraded to a larger/faster drive down the road.
