SSD issue saving data.

I have a Kingston HyperX SSD that has Windows 7 on it. I cannot boot to it, it is missing the boot loader.
I also have a Samsung 850 Pro with Win 10 on it in the same PC.

When I try to boot to Win 10 so I can see the Kingston drive to at least grab some of the files from it, it goes into a continuous restart loop "fixing" my computer. It won't boot to the Kingston at all as mentioned. Putting the Win 7 disk in to try and repair or reinstall gives me a cache memory error that I can't seem to fix.

Basically I have an SSD that I can't access. Would using a USB external enclosure allow me to plug it in while in Win 10 and see if the drive shows up?
