I have several symptoms and can't identify the problem.

System hangs on shut down
programs sometimes dont launch
virus scan sometimes hangs and doesn't finish
Rick click on desktop causes hour glass to spin and spin with no menu coming up.

I downloaded the new Nvidia drivers that were supposed to fix a vulnerability, but maybe its them that is the problem.
 
Self bump for good reason. The problem WAS that damn 310.90 driver. I went back to 310.70 and all issues are gone. I will be posting about this in VC&G.
