Ssd forgotten user pass

Drive respond well under live linux,health is good,its unlocated and not initiliased (not partioned), i have attached usb flash drive and have drive 2 id error for the flash,interesting there is no drive id error for primary master drive which is nvme pcie drive its reading it normaly,im using win 10 creators edition maybe i should use older OS like win 7
 
Im trying to revert it in hp 820 g3 notebook which is not original notebook where samsung ssd was,primary disk is m2 2280 and problematic m2 drive is atrached directly to sata 3 port via sata3 to m2 enclosure,i did tried allready sedutil thing via live linux rescue usb flash,first command SCAN is listing all the drives,but second one for forcing drive for entering psid isnt working,its sats unsopported drive
 
If the drives comes from a notebook, the manufacturer of the notebook would be the proper partner to talk to, not the SSD manufacturer.
