Hello every one, i am planning to get a SSD for my laptop. Anything above 32 G B fine. I i have looked at Kingston SSDNow V-Series and I dont like it. I am looking for Solid Random Read and write Perfomance. Thanks

Zipzoomfly.com has better prices than Newegg. They sell the 80gb Intel for around $220. Not sure how the price for the 40gb compares to Newegg

Would this be a good SSD for a desktop OS drive?

I know it's a budget SSD but would it be significantly faster as a Win7 OS drive compared to a Spinpoint F3? All of my data, games, music, etc. would be stored on different mechanical HDs.
