SSD dock, USB or thunderbolt 3

I'm looking at upgrading my HDD dock the one i have now is USB 3.0. I'm moving files from SSD to SSD.

Should i buy a USB 3.1 gen 2 dock or thunderbolt 3 dock? My PC has both ports to use. I want whatever would be faster with multiple files.
