Hi,

Read the ssd anthology and the relapse, a few times each... They are really helpful even for a non-techie, albeit a very heavy photoshop user.

So, I think I'm ready for one ssd on our work machine, 2006 Mac Pro with 6 sata (two external thru' the adapter) drives. I'll have to remove the external two and put them via fw so to allow a port for an ssd...

OCZ's sustained read/write as well as the prices offered in their lineup is what I'm leaning to instead of intel M series...

Any thoughts and experiences from anybody?

THANK YOU!!!!!!

CS4... and to be more specifically, I've been slowed down by the preview speed of the Bridge esp after we started to use a canon 5D2. 8GB RAM, Quad 3.0GHz

THANK YOU!!!!!

I have 2 Intel 80GBs. Bridge is MUCH faster with SSD's. PS runs about the same as with disks.

Given that everyone says Intels solution is better for most work, you might want to consider them over the other mfr's, as you'll see improvements in most everything?
