For the past few days I've done extensive research searching on google for an answer and tried a few solutions in vain. Hope this is the right community for an answer.
None of the popular solution using Bootrec.exe, testdisk, etc works because (I think) when I boot to command prompt from the Windows recover disk, the "C: Drive" is not found, since the Windows Drivers for Intel SRT is not loaded ??
How can I load the Windows drivers at recover step so that I can view the cached setup? The Intel SRT drivers are bundled with the motherboard disk but as an exe file, not driver files.
I even tried loading the AsRock RAID drivers, but it still can't see the cached volume (SSD+HDD).
When I run ubuntu linux o/s, it does discover both SSD and HDD as different dev/mount points, but I don't think it's the right setup for files recover (since ubuntu do not have drivers for SRT). In fact, I do find many files missing from the HDD with some searches.
That leads me to think that some files (or blocks) are stored in the SSD and not flushed to the HDD. I need a solution to load the recovery disk with the Windows drivers for SRT, before I can even repair the BCD on the "C: Drive".
Anyone can help here?

Details are as follows:
PC Config:
- Windows 7 64bit, AsRock Z68 Extreme4 Intel i7-2600k CPU.
- Western Digital 1TB BLUE SATA III cached (os & data) on a 40GB Intel 320 SSD
This single partition setup cached on SSD in now unable to boot after a few BSOD that says "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE *** STOP: 0x0000009F (0x00....)
Upon boot-up, it goes to Windows Boot Manager (DOS screen), with an error: Windows failed to start....
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: An error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.
The BIOS can detect the RAID Volume as follows when it starts up:

RAID:
ID :1
Volume Nam: Volume_0000
Level: RAID0 (Cache)
