SSD better than Vertex 3

Hello people!

I have a SSD Vertex 3 120gb.

The problem is that 120gb isn't enough to me anymore, so I need to buy one with 256gb.

I want to know which model you think that's the best by performance/reliability.

I took a look at the samsung 830 and vertex 4, but I don't know if they're the best choice, so I think that I could use some help to choose one 🙂

I'm planning to spend about $200,00 +-

The larger consensus seems to be around 830, Crucial M4, and Plextor, but there are also some Vertex 4 users that are happy with them.
