SSD and SATA III

I plan on having either Intel® X25-M G2 160GB Or Kingston SNV325-S2/128GB put in for the OS. On another thread it was suggested to plug the SSD into the SATA III connection on the ASUS P6X58D Premium board. Would this be of any benefit when they are listed for SATA II?

OCZ claims that their new Sandforce drives will work better on SATA 6 (III) than on SATA 3 (II). I guess we will find out soon enough.
