Hi,
My SSD temperature is 42° and HDD is 39°. Is it normal and good for lifetime?
Thanks

Those temperatures may be sustainable, but they are higher than they should be.

In a well-ventilated computer case, an SSD should be showing temperatures close to room-ambient. 39C for an HDD is in the upper limits of what can be considered a "sweet-spot" for temperatures.

Thank you for your reply,
What means "sweet-spot"? and what I do for better cooling now? Add new fan?
Thanks

Not sure what manufacturer your hard drive is from, but just to provide a manufacturer perspective, our current lineup of consumer products features a normal operating temperature range from 0-60º C, so this appears to fit well within that range. Most manufacturers provide a free diagnostic software program (ours is dubbed SeaTools) so if you have concerns about the health of your drives, it may be a good idea to find out which software that is and grab it.

Thank you for your reply,
HDD from Seagate. ST2000DM006
And SSD from ADATA.

Think that HDD temps could be a bit lower but aren't bad.
Temperatures for the SSD are not very high, especially if Adata skipped the thermal pad on that drive as they did with the SP550 (which runs pretty hot).
