SSD and enclosure for Xbox One

Does anybody have experience using an SSD with USB3 enclosure for their XBOX One? It looks like it could make a big difference in loading times in games like Witcher 3 and Fallout 4.

If so, any specific recommendations for the SSD and enclosure? I was thinking the following:

SSD:
Transcend 370 256 GB

or

Samsung EVO 850 500 GB

Enclosure:
ZTC ZTC-EN002

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this for the Xbox One and find it to be a great setup:

http://www.amazon.com/Collective-Minds-Drive-Enclosure-Front-Ports/dp/B00T76ZGDO

And for the drive I use this 1TB hybrid drive:

http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Lapto..._feature_keywords_three_browse-bin:4990425011

Adds a good amount of storage that's significantly faster than the oem HD and fits nicely with the Collective Minds Media Hub HD enclosure. Also the hybrid drive is much cheaper than a comparable 1TB SSD. If you are set on getting a true SSD then I would highly recommend using it to replace the factory drive, and not as extra storage through the USB 3.0 port. The benefits of the SSD over the hybrid drive will not be significant through the USB port as an extra storage drive, but when used to run the Xbox OS in place of the OEM drive will be significantly quicker.

Except the Xbox One only has a SATA II (3Gbps) port internally which means you've actually got a higher (theoretical) max throughput off the USB3.0 (5Gbps) port. The only thing you'd be improving installing internally is the actual boot time at the cost of voiding any warranty and the hassle of taking it apart.

I've not terribly impressed with my Collective Minds hub, I've had a lot of issues with it failing to recognize the SSD installed in it. I'm currently using this enclosure:

With a 1TB Crucial MX200. Works great.

Even at SATA II a SSD will be significantly faster throughout the OS than the OEM hard drive. Access time is where most of the benefit is seen and SATA II does not limit this. The expansion drive is only good for apps and games which will see less benefit than an OS would with a SSD. A SSD is definitively faster. But for just loading up apps and games the hybrid drive will offer 80-90% of the performance at a fraction of the price. Many people have an Xbox that is already out of warranty (only 1 year from Microsoft), and upgrading the internal drive is not much harder than doing so on a regular desktop PC.

I havn't had any issue with my Collective Minds hub and i've owned mine for over a year.
