SSD 4K read slowed down

I've had this OCZ Agility 1 SSD for about a year now and the random 4K read test in AS-SSD has dropped from 24MB/s to 16MB/s. It used to be in an AMD system (Phenom X3 720BE + 785G mobo) and is now in an Intel rig (i5-760 + H55 mobo) Could the change in platform be responsible for this or is the drive having the issue itself? I had thought Intel had a big advantage when it came to SATA drivers especially AHCI drivers but now I'm wondering. Any ideas?
