Cut off his internet access with MAC address filtering on the router, and perhaps a way to cut electrical outlet connection in his room to silence his music..hehe

I too had a lazy-azz for a roomate.
His only assigned chore was to take out the garbage once a week... he was even too lazy for that. So it ended up on his bed. He moved out shortly after. (like the enxt day)

lmao

I would work out deal with your parents to cover his rent until you could find an acceptable roomate. I do agree room mates suck especially if they are of the opposite sex😉

good news. starts out bad, but ends good:

went home early today cause of headcold, housemate already there. I sit down to watch tv and he comes out, see's me there and goes back to his room (adjacent to living room). turns on his 500+watt system. when I bang on the door, no answer. 5 more tires i finally open the door and he's like "WHAT?!" "turn down the f-ing stereo!" "oh! so it annoyed you? HAAHA! That's what I'm trying to do!" (this was after I confronted him about his habits). so apparently he's taking revenge by being even more annoying? Contacted landlord about this and all his other habits and landlord is kicking him out. sooner than expected hopefully. end of the week, I'll be free! must be karma. endure long enough and the rewards will be great
