To run FX 8350 and HD 7850 2GB GPU? I will be overclocking the procssr in the future.

S12II they have been shown to be able to pull more then rated.

Well, you won't need even close to 500W with that build. I'd get something a little more modest in cost, like an Antec VP550 or Corsair CX430.

If OC'd the FX8350 is going to consume a lot of power.. I'd want at least 500W. S12II 520W is a decent choice
