You can't delete the post, but you can edit the title to "nevermind" or "." or "sorry repost" or some such thing so that people just skip over it. You can also edit the post and remove all the information except "." or a short apology message. This is the way many people treat inadvertant reposts. Hope this information is helpful. 🙂
