I keep getting this popup constantly when using Firefox

I have the latest version of Flash, etc.

How do I get rid of this problem?????

Thanks for the info.
I haven't tried it yet. I found a problem and corrected it. In Firefox there was a extension software that was running. I deleted it and so far Firefox is ok. I will download Malwarebytes later on and use it to clean out the desktop.
