sorry... cross post, but I'm getting no help elsewhere
Are you familiar with SRS WOW effects in Windows media player? They enhance two-channel sound, giving a superior active equalization and spatial effects, making poor-quality music sound terrific.
Is there any way of permanently processing a file with these effects? I have a two-fold purpose:
1. burning a CD with the effects already on it
2. reducing CPU usage on my Celeron 433 while playing MP3's
Any ideas?
