Squeeky breaks normal when reversing?

GF's Mazda3's breaks squeel a bit when she reverses in wet weather. Doesn't seem to do this in warm weather. Dealer claims this is normal - is he full of it?

In other words, you're trying to get the dealer to repair it under warranty, and he won't? Can you get it to repeat the problem in his lot? Can he show you other new ones that do it as well? If not, I'd say it isn't normal. I can understand why it does it, and there may be a work around for it, but that should be his problem to fix.
