Squeaking epson rollers

This is a weird problem. Just recently the paper rollers on my epson 480sxu starting squaking when the would spin. I tried some oil on a paper clip in order to get between them. My question is should I have done this and it stills squeaks a tiny bit so should I put more oil in between the rollers. Also Ive always wondered the 480sxu had no on off button(damn epson) so whats the best way to shut it off. The Dumb aces at the tech support said to not turn off the printer from a surge protector or unplug when I emailed them about my clogged heads. You know what they said, they said to turn off the printer by the power button I emailed them back immediately to tell them that the 480sxu doesnt have an on off sxitch. I even told them I an 480sxu retards. anyway can anyone help me with my paper rollers and the on/off swich problems thanks.
