Stupid Question of the Day

When filling out a fax cover sheet, I usually put in the fax number of the person that I'm calling next to the "Fax:" line, so I know what number to dial when I get to the fax machine. I was never sure though whose number to put in the 'Phone' field. Do I put the "faxee's" number since everything else pertains to that person, or do I put my number, so that they can call me back?

Put your contact information in the letter.

Well I know I put their fax # next to "Fax:", but would I put the person's telephone number next to "Phone"? I'm not calling them, so I never understood why I'd put down their phone number.
