SQL - Where can I learn it fast

So I'm doing a lot of data mining at work and need to move past Microsoft Access to something more powerful (PL/SQL or Cognos Impromptu are my options).

Currently, I'm writing SQL pass-through queries in Access. Mostly I'm stealing other poeples work on google which is getting tedious so I probably need to learn it for myself.

Any good books or web sites you can recommend?
